Our classic French baguettes are hand-formed and leavened with 100% sourdough. They have great depth of flavour and a good chew, but they're still light with crispy ends. The Combo options pairs this with our luxurious dark seeded rye: flax and pumpkin seeds provide flavour and texture, Leavened with sourdough, this bread has great shelf-life and the flavours develop over time. We love ours thinly sliced with smoked fish and cured meats.
