Signature Sourdough

Wheat, Rye, Spelt, Sea Salt, Rice

Our award-winning signature sourdough is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye. We mill about a 1/3 of the flour for this onsite daily in our stone mill - the fresh flour gives it a unique fresh grain flavour. It's a crusty loaf with a characteristic waxy chew and a light, open texture. Its delicious fresh for days and makes excellent toast for a week.

White Sourdough

Our white sourdough is made with two types of wheat, and some rye. It's a crusty loaf with a bubbly and open texture. It stays fresh for days and makes excellent toast.

Baguette

Our classic French baguettes are hand-formed and leavened with 100% sourdough. They have great depth of flavour and a good chew, but they're still light with crispy ends.

Rustic Ciabatta

Wheat, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rye, Sea Salt, Yeast

Our hand-formed ciabatta are bouncy and fluffy; each have their own character. They are leavened with a blend of sourdough and yeast for a mild, but complex flavour. Ideal for sharing boards and toasted panini alike.

Rye Multiseed

Rye, Sea Salt, Seeds (Flax and Pumpkin)

Our multi-seed rye is a delicious, high-hydration 100% dark rye loaf. Flax and pumpkin seeds provide flavour and texture. Leavened with sourdough, this bread has great shelf-life and the flavours develop over time (pehaps its more delicious a day or two after its baked). We love ours at lunch - thinly sliced with smoked fish, cured meats and good butter.

Brioche

Wheat, Milk, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast

This classic bread is fine-crumbed and light with a wonderful golden colour, thanks to the richness of the dough. Available as individual buns or in loaves, our brioche has a little sweetnessβ€”a nod to its extravagance and a perfect pairing with savoury fillings.

White Sandwich

Wheat, Rye, Sea Salt, Sunflower Oil

Our soft, white sandwich loaf is in fact a delicious 1kg sourdough. It may look like "normal bread", but it tastes excellent and is great for all sorts of toasties and sandwichesβ€”it fits neatly in the toaster.

New York Rye

Wheat, Rye, Sea Salt, Caraway, Rice

Known as Jewish Rye in New York, this is the authentic bread of the city's delis. Its soft crust makes great slices and a close crumb means maximum spreadability. The flavour of caraway combines beautifully with the light rye flour, giving that distinctive flavour. This bread makes a knock-out Rueben sandwich.Β

Seeded Sourdough

Wheat, Rye, Spelt, Sea Salt, Seeds (Sunflower, Flax, Pumpkin and Poppy)

The dough on this seedy beaut is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye with 1/3 of the flour milled by us. We add our seed mixture of sunflower, flax and pumpkin then roll in poppy seeds before its baked. The resulting bread is beautifully fragrant with a super nutty flavour.
