Our award-winning signature sourdough is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye. It's a crusty loaf with a characteristic waxy chew and a light, open texture. Its delicious fresh for days and makes excellent toast for a week.

Seeded Sourdough

Wheat (GLUTEN), rye, spelt, sea salt, seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin and poppy), sunflower oil trace. May contain traces of nuts.

The dough on this seedy beaut is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye. We add our seed mixture of sunflower, flax and pumpkin then roll in poppy seeds before its baked. The resulting bread is beautifully fragrant with a super nutty flavour.

Baguette

Our classic French baguettes are hand-formed and leavened with 100% sourdough. They have great depth of flavour and a good chew, but they're still light with crispy ends.

Rustic Ciabatta

Wheat (GLUTEN) , olive oil, rye, sea salt, yeast. May contain traces of nuts.

Our hand-formed ciabatta are bouncy and fluffy; each have their own character. They are leavened with a blend of sourdough and yeast for a mild, but complex flavour. Ideal for sharing boards and toasted panini alike.

Rye Multiseed

Rye (GLUTEN), sea salt, seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower). May contain traces of nuts.

Our multi-seed rye is a delicious, high-hydration 100% dark rye loaf. Flax and pumpkin seeds provide flavour and texture. Leavened with sourdough, this bread has great shelf-life and the flavours develop over time (perhaps it's more delicious a day or two after its baked). We love ours at lunch - thinly sliced with smoked fish, cured meats and good butter.

Milk buns

Wheat (GLUTEN) , MILK, EGG yolk, sugar, sea salt, yeast, olive oil, sunflower oil (trace). May contain traces of nuts.

This bread is fine-crumbed and light with a wonderful golden colour, thanks to the richness of the dough. Available as individual buns, sliders or in loaves, our milk bread has a little sweetness—a nod to its extravagance and a perfect pairing with savoury fillings.


White Tin

Our soft, white tin loaf is in fact a delicious sourdough. It may look like "normal bread", but it tastes excellent and is great for all sorts of toasties and sandwiches—it fits neatly in the toaster.
