When will my bread be delivered?

We deliver one day each week to specific areas of Edinburgh within the Bypass, from Sunday to Wednesday. Your delivery day will be indicated at the check-out before you pay, once you enter your address. If your order is made too late for this weeks delivery run to your area, your first drop will be the following week. We aim to delivery your bread on the day by 3pm or 4pm latest.

Our delivery days are as roughly as follows:
- Sunday: North + North West
- Monday: West + South West
- Tuesday: Leith + North East
- Wednesday: South + Central

What is sourdough?

Sourdough bread is fermented and leavened using biodiverse wild microorganisms that slowly work on the dough giving it unique a texture and flavour. The resulting bread, is an artisan, traditional and delicious alternative to mass produced loaves. Sourdough bread comes in all shapes and sizes - it is the wild microorganisms that unite them.

Can I change the bread on my subscription?

You can change the bread on your subscription by using the customer portal, where you can do various other things, like pausing your deliveries, or adding eggs. You can also changes by contacting us via the deliveries contact form. 

Can I pause my subscription while I go on holiday?

Yes, you can pause your bread subscription whenever you like (please give us a couple of days notice). You can do so using the customer portal (where you can make other changes to your subscription, for example changing bread or adding extras like baguette or eggs), or by using the deliveries contact form. 

Do you sell gluten-free bread?

All of our products contain gluten.

Some people who report gluten sensitivities feel less irritated by sourdough,.
